The Tuesday Long Walk 11 March 2025
Please meet at 9:45 for a 10:00 start at the Half Moon pub, 60 Tring Road, Wilstone Village HP23 4PD, What3Words ///spires.stormy.dupe; grid ref: SP904141. Park somewhere near the pub on Tring Road.
The walk we will be attempting will be around the Tring reservoirs - as we haven't done it for a while - a shorter walk than normal for our discerning clientele. On the Harvey mud scale it is 2, possibly 3 in places where 10 is a swamp. It can also be very windy on the reservoir banks.
Pre-orders before the walk. The menu, like last time, is posted on the board.
Due to my and Trev's commitments, please let me know by end of play on 1st March if you wish to stay for lunch and it would also be helpful if those coming but not lunching could inform me (contact details in Trev's email). Please check your inbox/junk files the day before as I do have a contingency plan if the weather has been really bad.
